Instructions
- Prepare the Cauliflower: Start by cutting the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- Make the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Coat the Cauliflower: Add the cauliflower florets to the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
- Air Fry the Cauliflower: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for about three minutes. Spray the basket with cooking spray, place the coated cauliflower in a single layer, and air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Prepare the Buffalo Sauce: Mix the buffalo sauce with melted butter in a bowl.
- Toss the Cauliflower in Buffalo Sauce: Transfer cooked cauliflower to a bowl, pour the buffalo sauce over and toss gently.
- Serve: Serve immediately with dipping sauce and crunchy celery sticks.
