A delightful twist on garlic bread using cheesy tortillas that cook up in mere minutes.
Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan on top of the buttered side of each tortilla.
- Place the tortillas in the air fryer basket, cheese side up, in a single layer.
- Air fry for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with dried parsley before cutting into wedges.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 2-3 minutes.
