Delightful Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps with crispy chicken, gooey mozzarella, and fresh spinach, perfect for busy weeknights.

- 2 large chicken breasts (about 1 pound total)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- If your chicken breasts are thick, slice them in half horizontally for even cooking.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Divide the sliced chicken evenly among the tortillas. Top each with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and a handful of fresh spinach leaves.
- Fold the bottom of each tortilla upwards, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly to form wraps.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the basket of the air fryer. Cook at 350°F for 3 to 4 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.
Notes
For even cooking, make sure chicken breasts are a similar thickness. Feel free to experiment with spices.
