  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  3. In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, mix panko, ranch seasoning, and Parmesan.
  5. Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, letting excess drip off, then press into the breadcrumb mix.
  6. Arrange the coated bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving small gaps between pieces.
  7. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  9. Remove and rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use boneless, skinless thighs for juicier meat. Swap panko for crushed cornflakes or gluten-free panko to keep it gluten-free.
