  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onions until they’re translucent and fragrant.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add the uncooked rice to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. In a greased baking dish, lay the chicken breasts side by side. Pour the rice mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s evenly covered.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  7. After an hour, carefully remove the foil, sprinkle the cheese on top, and return it to the oven for another 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Notes
