- 1 lb chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/2 cup Panda Express Orange Chicken Copycat Sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice (for serving)
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, allowing the chicken to cook through.
- Remove from the oven, and generously brush the Orange Chicken Copycat Sauce over the chicken.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve over a bed of cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions for that extra flair.
Notes
To achieve an extra crispy texture, broil the chicken for a minute or two after adding the sauce at the end of baking.
