- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until warmed through.
- Place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat and place the wraps seam side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the heat, slice in half, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Use leftover chicken to save time. Experiment with different cheeses for added flavor. Add veggies like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
