- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Warm a medium pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 30–45 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
- Add the shredded chicken, sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and stir until the chicken is heated through (2–3 minutes).
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until it melts into the chicken mixture.
- Divide the cheesy chicken evenly among the tortillas, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
- Place each wrap seam-side down on a clean skillet over medium heat and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Slice in half on the diagonal, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spiced variation, fold in a pinch of smoked paprika or a spoonful of garlic sauce-style seasoning before assembling. Use shredded rotisserie chicken to reduce prep time.
