- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with garlic aioli. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out the large tortillas on a flat surface.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to form wraps.
- If desired, grill the wraps on a pan for a few minutes until the cheese melts and the wrap is golden brown.
Notes
For a quicker meal, use leftover rotisserie chicken. Add veggies like spinach or bell peppers for extra crunch.
