- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (low-sodium recommended)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground meat over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes, simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Lower heat and add cream cheese and chicken broth, stirring until smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta with sauce in the skillet, mixing well.
- Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and let sit for about 5 minutes to melt.
