- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 20 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine the mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl to create your slaw dressing.
- Incorporate the coleslaw mix into the dressing, stirring until well-coated. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan, enough to partially submerge the wonton wrappers.
- Carefully fry the wonton wrappers until they puff up and are golden brown, flipping as needed. Drain on paper towels.
- Fill each crispy wonton shell with shredded chicken and top with the prepared slaw.
- Sprinkle sliced green onions on top and serve immediately for best texture.
