- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl until well combined.
- Mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian herbs in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg wash, letting any excess drip off.
- Press the chicken into the breadcrumb mixture, making sure it’s fully coated, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
