Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Pour in beef broth, bring it to a boil.
- Add the shell pasta and follow the package instructions until it reaches al dente.
- Lower the heat, then stir in the heavy cream and your choice of shredded cheese. Mix until everything is creamy and well combined.

Notes
