- 2 cups chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 cup carrots (julienned)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a large pot, warm the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Toss in the sliced mushrooms and julienned carrots, cooking until they’re slightly tender.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
- Incorporate the shredded chicken, fresh spinach, heavy cream, and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Allow the dish to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Ladle the ramen into bowls and enjoy!
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute the chicken with tofu and use vegetable broth.
