Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Incorporate the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and spinach, mixing until the spinach wilts.

Notes
You can swap spinach for kale or Swiss chard. For thicker sauce, add a cornstarch slurry after the cream.
