Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and chicken broth until the mixture is smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the top is bubbly.
- Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For meal prep, assemble a day ahead and bake right before serving. You can substitute different veggies as desired.
