- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear the chicken in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic in the same skillet until translucent.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Mix in the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth, bringing to a gentle simmer.
- Simmer the chicken in the skillet on low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
- Prepare rice according to package instructions.
- Serve the chicken over the rice, garnished with fresh parsley.
