- 2 cups rice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup onion, chopped

- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream.
- Add rice, stir well, and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and reduce heat to low, cooking for about 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the moisture is absorbed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use chicken thighs instead of breasts. You can also add vegetables like peas or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
