- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 cup flour (for breading)
Instructions
- Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Lightly coat them in flour, which will create a crispy exterior when cooked.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts to the pan. Cook until they are golden brown on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side.
- After the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the pan and set it aside.
- In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté it until it becomes fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until it has wilted, usually just a couple of minutes.
- Next, pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and the sauce turns creamy.
- Return the chicken to the pan, spooning the sauce over it.
- Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
