Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 1 Basil, fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 Black pepper, freshly cracked to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated fresh

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken breasts, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, and oregano.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove chicken and keep warm.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese into the skillet, mixing until smooth.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet, coating with sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
