Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Start by placing the chicken breasts in your crockpot. Season them generously with salt and pepper.
- Add the minced garlic and pour in the chicken broth.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once the chicken is ready, shred it directly in the crockpot with two forks.
- Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add the uncooked pasta to the crockpot, mixing well so that the pasta is coated.
- Cover and cook on high for an additional 30-40 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and has absorbed all those delicious flavors.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
