- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 package (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and chicken broth. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fork-tender.
- Shred the chicken in the sauce and stir to combine.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
