Instructions
- Mix the chicken: In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the mixture. Cook for about 6-8 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas: In a separate pan, warm the tortillas over medium heat until pliable.
- Create cheese lace: In a non-stick skillet, sprinkle cheese and allow it to melt until crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble the tacos: Start with a warm tortilla, add chicken mixture, top with dill pickles, cabbage, cottage cheese blend, and drizzle with pickle brine.
Notes
Feel free to substitute ground chicken with turkey or add spicy pickles for extra kick. Prepare chicken mixture a day ahead for better flavor.
