  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Lay the chicken thighs on top of the onion and garlic.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour this creamy mixture over the chicken thighs, ensuring they’re well coated.
  5. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken can be shredded easily with a fork.
