Ingredients

- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 cups Green beans
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- Rice (for serving)
Instructions
- Whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until browned.
- Add the green beans to the skillet, then pour the honey garlic mixture over everything to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the green beans are crisp-tender.
- Serve the honey garlic chicken over a bed of fluffy rice.
Notes
For more flavor, marinate the chicken in the honey-garlic mixture for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
