Delicious and easy French Dip Sliders featuring tender roast beef, melted cheese, and rich au jus, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef (thinly sliced)
  • Caramelized onions
  • Cheese (Swiss or provolone)
  • Au jus for dipping
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the onions over medium heat until they’re golden brown and fragrant.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer a generous amount of roast beef on the buns, followed by caramelized onions and cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on each slider.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter, then sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  8. Serve warm with a small bowl of au jus on the side for dipping.

Notes

For a kick, consider adding jalapeños or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Sautéed mushrooms can enhance the filling too.
