- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in a bowl: Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the tray.
- Add optional toppings like chocolate chips or melted chocolate.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Natural peanut butter is best with minimal added ingredients.
