- 4 slices of bread (sourdough, white, or whole grain)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- Mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl until smooth.
- Spread a generous layer of garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Heat a skillet over low to medium heat and place two slices of bread in the pan, butter-side down.
- Distribute half of the cheese blend evenly over the two slices in the skillet.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, ensuring the buttered side is facing up.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve immediately.
