Instructions

  1. Cook the Linguine: Begin by boiling water in a large pot. Add the linguine and a pinch of salt, cooking according to the package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain and set it aside.
  2. Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it’s bubbling but not browned. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for about a minute, or until the garlic is fragrant and slightly golden.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Gently place them in the skillet with the garlic butter.
