  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season evenly with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the steak bites in a single layer. Sear 1–2 minutes per side until a brown crust forms. Remove the steak to a plate and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat slightly. Add the butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the zucchini to the skillet. Cook 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp and lightly browned.
  6. Return the steak bites to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat in the garlic butter.
  7. Cook another 1–2 minutes so the steak warms through and the flavors meld.
  8. Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
