Instructions

  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels and generously season them with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until they’re nicely browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  5. Toss in the zucchini and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Return the seared steak bites to the skillet, combine them with zucchini, and let them cook together for an additional 1-2 minutes.
