- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cups baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with minced garlic, olive oil, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Bake the chicken for about 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, approximately 15-20 minutes.

- Glaze the baby carrots with honey in a skillet over medium heat until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
