  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, optional
  • Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Pat the chicken pieces dry and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Sear the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add chicken in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté the garlic: In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Create the Parmesan sauce: Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, dried herbs, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Combine chicken and sauce: Return chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  6. Garnish and serve: Remove from heat, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For lighter sauce, swap heavy cream with half-and-half. Chicken thighs can be used for added richness.
