Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves fresh minced garlic
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it.
- Combine in a large bowl the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, diced onion, egg, milk, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix gently.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Letting the meatloaf rest allows the juices to redistribute for better flavor.
