  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 slices cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle shape.
  3. Layer the ham and cheese over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for sealing.
  4. Roll the dough tightly into a log and seal the edges securely.
  5. Cut the log into individual rolls, aiming for 1-2 inches in thickness.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  7. In a small bowl, mix honey, mustard, and poppy seeds, then brush the glaze generously over the top of the rolls.
  8. Beat the egg and use it to brush the tops, giving the rolls a beautiful finish.
