- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pita bread or flatbreads for serving
- Lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers for topping

Instructions
- Combine olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, and minced garlic in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the mix, ensuring they are well-coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or overnight for maximum flavor).
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated chicken on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice char.
- Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Then slice it thinly.
- Serve the sliced chicken in pita bread or flatbreads, topped with your choice of fresh veggies and a drizzle of creamy garlic sauce.
Notes
For a richer flavor, opt for bone-in chicken thighs. Adjust spices according to your heat preference.
