- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Brush both sides of the chicken with honey BBQ sauce and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- While the chicken is grilling, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes into wedges, then toss them with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potato wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, sprinkling Parmesan cheese halfway through.
- Once both the chicken and potatoes are ready, serve the grilled chicken alongside the cheesy garlic potatoes garnished with parsley.
Notes
