Ingredients
- Pasta (any type)
- Cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- Honey
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
- Garlic, minced
- Salt
- Panini bread
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in a skillet with olive oil until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the cooked chicken, honey, and black pepper, heating through until the chicken is warm and coated.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet and gently toss to combine. Season with salt to taste.
- Toast the panini bread until golden brown.
- Assemble the sandwiches by filling the toasted bread with the chicken pasta mixture, pressing down slightly.
- Add Parmesan cheese and fresh basil before serving.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve warm for a delicious meal!
