Instructions
- Start by heating a medium-sized pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef, cooking until it’s browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and ginger. Let them cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the soy sauce, stirring it into the beef mixture until well combined. Let it cook for another minute or two.
- Heat the cooked rice if needed.
- Serve by scooping a generous portion of the beef mixture over the rice. Garnish with sliced green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
