- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 tablespoons capers (optional)
- 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper generously. Place them in the skillet and cook until golden brown, approximately 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and keep warm on a plate covered with aluminum foil.
- Add heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the skillet and stir well to combine.
- If using, add capers and fresh spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted and vibrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy lemon sauce. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes to warm through.
- Serve hot straight from the skillet or transfer to your favorite serving dish.
