  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In one dish, mix the breadcrumbs, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, and the seasonings.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs and milk together.
  4. Place flour in a third dish.
  5. Dredge each chicken breast first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook each piece of chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
  8. Mix the remaining Parmesan with mozzarella cheese and minced garlic. Top the chicken with this mixture.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
