- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until the ingredients are well blended.
- Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish, and evenly spread the creamy mixture over the top of each piece.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot alongside rice, roasted veggies, or a crisp salad.
