  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lemon (approximately 2 tbsp)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Sear the chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  3. Create the sauce base by melting butter in the same skillet and adding minced garlic.
  4. Add Dijon mustard and red pepper flakes, cooking for an additional minute.
  5. Incorporate chopped parsley and dill, stirring well.
  6. Simmer in chicken broth and lemon juice for about 5 minutes.
  7. Finish by adding heavy cream and stirring until combined.
  8. Bring back the chicken to soak in the sauce before serving.
