Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the pasta, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked and liquid is mostly absorbed.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and parmesan, if desired.
Notes
For extra creaminess, consider mixing in cream cheese or ricotta. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
