  • 1 cup colorful Peeps (marshmallow candies)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Flatten a small amount of dough in your palm, place a Peep in the center, and cover with more dough, shaping it into a ball.
  7. Arrange the cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
