- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced steak and sauté until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Toss in the sliced bell pepper and onion. Cook until the veggies soften, about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in the cauliflower rice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let everything cook together for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish, ensuring a nice even layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
