- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Rinse and chop the bok choy into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Toss in the bok choy and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until tender but still crisp.
- Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot as a delightful side dish.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use tamari instead of soy sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
