Ingredients

  • 1 package cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 chicken sausages, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the broccoli florets and sliced chicken sausage with olive oil until well coated.
  3. Spread the mixture into an even layer on the sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes.
  4. Add the cheese tortellini and sprinkle the garlic powder over the top. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10–12 minutes, or until the tortellini is heated through.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  7. Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 3–5 minutes, just until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with parmesan cheese if desired.
