- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Heat a splash of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, chicken broth, and corn; stir well to combine.
- Add the softened cream cheese, allowing it to melt into the broth.
- Mix in the diced jalapenos, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and fully incorporated.
- Serve hot and garnish with chopped green onions.
