- 8 ounces pasta of your choice (spaghetti, penne, or fusili)
- 1 pound sausage (Italian, chicken, or any preferred variety)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot. Add your pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the sausage. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the honey and soy sauce, mixing well. Allow to simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.
